Covid-19: 3,288 new cases, 14 new fatalities bring death toll to 923

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia has reported another 3,288 cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday (Feb 10), says the Health Ministry.

The country has now seen a total of 251,604 Covid-19 cases since the start of the pandemic last year.

Malaysia also recorded 14 more Covid-19 deaths, which means 923 people in the country have succumbed to the virus.

There were also 1,929 more Covid-19 recoveries on Wednesday.

In total, Malaysia has discharged 198,495 patients.

There are currently 52,186 active Covid-19 cases that are being treated at the country’s hospitals and quarantine centres.

Of those, 285 are in intensive care units, with 131 on ventilator support.
