BUTTERWORTH: Police from Seberang Prai Utara district headquarters arrested 64 people for violating the movement control order 2.0 from Jan 13 to Thursday (Feb 4).
OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Noor said all those arrested were foreigners, while he said during the same period police issued summonses to 288 people, who were all locals for violating the order by trying to cross the district or state borders without approval from the police.
