KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) has objected to the application for leave for judicial review by Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman and 12 others to challenge the decision of Registrar of Societies (ROS) in rejecting their application to register Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) as a political party.
Senior federal counsel Ahmad Hanir Hambali said the objection was made on the grounds that the application was premature and an abuse of court process.
