A TEACHER from a Tamil school in Pengkalan Hulu, Perak, has won a special award for her essay at the International Invention Innovation Competition in Canada, Makkal Osai reported.
She submitted an essay on innovation, written in collaboration with her father, who is also a school teacher. They won a special committee award and a commendation certificate.
