MCA: Penang need not pay Kedah for water

GEORGE TOWN: Penang does not have to pay Kedah for raw water drawn from Sungai Muda, says MCA vice-president Datuk Tan Teik Cheng (pic).

Tan said Kedah Mentri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor should first study the legal background of the matter before issuing threats.
