Malaysia Cup tourney postponed due to rise in Covid-19 cases, says Ismail Sabri


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysia Cup tournament will be postponed to a later date because of the rise in Covid-19 cases in the country, says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

According to the Defence Minister, the Health Ministry had said that because football was a contact sport, there was a danger that the disease could spread among the players.
