Boy, 17, arrested after oral sex video circulates among school's students

IPOH: A secondary student, 17, was arrested after a video of him having oral sex with an underage 13-year-old student went viral.

Kampar OCPD Supt Hasron Nazri Hashim said a police report was lodged against the video at 7pm on Thursday (Oct 1).

“Our initial investigation showed that the video was recorded at around 6.30am on Sept 22.

“It is believed that the female student invited the male student to her house before they proceeded to record the illicit behaviour, ” he said, adding the duration of the video was about a minute and nine seconds.

“Both of them were wearing school uniforms, and it is believed that the video does not involve any third party.

“Through further investigation, we found out that she distributed the video to her classmates using WhatsApp.

"The video was uploaded and went viral among the school's students, ” he said.

Hasron added that those who owned, distributed or share the videos were committing an offence under Section 8 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, which carries a maximum of five years in jail and three whips of the rotan upon conviction

The arrest was made in Kuala Dipang at 11.30pm on Oct 1.

The case is being investigated under Section 8 and section 10 8 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 and Section 377B of the Penal code.
