Student suffers broken leg when car ploughs into tables at Cheras restaurant


KUALA LUMPUR: A 20-year-old female student suffered a broken left leg after a car ploughed into a row of tables set up in front of a restaurant in Cheras.

Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement department chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya said a 62-year-old man was parking his car at Jalan Kaskas, Cheras at 11.27pm on Sunday (Sept 27) when he accidentally pressed the accelerator and rammed the tables.
