High Court to decide Aug 21 on Musa Aman's judicial review on Sabah assembly dissolution


KOTA KINABALU: The High Court will decide on Aug 21 whether to grant leave for the judicial review filed by the 33 assemblymen led by Tan Sri Musa Aman (pic).

Sarawak-based High Court judicial commissioner Leonard David Shim allowed counsel Tengku Fuad Tengku Ahmad’s application to file a written reply submission raised by the state Attorney General on the local standi of the 33 applicants in challenging Juhar’s decision to dissolve the state assembly.
