TANJUNG MALIM: The Slim state by-election will be a three-cornered fight between Barisan Nasional and two independents, says returning officer Shamsul Ridzuan Idris.
Barisan's acting Tanjung Malim Umno division chairman Mohd Zaidi Aziz, 43, will face independents lawyer Amir Khusyairi Mohd Tanusi, 38, and academician Dr S. Santharasekaran in the Aug 29 polls.
