BUTTERWORTH: It was less than two hours after midnight – when the law on wearing masks came into force – but 20 individuals had already been hauled up by the police.
The individuals, all in their 20s, had been gathering at a Rest and Service Area (R&R) in Bagan Ajam when police arrested them at 1.50am.
