Al Jazeera documentary: Md Rayhan apologises to Malaysians, authorities


PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Bangladeshi who is about to be deported, Md Rayhan Kabir, has tendered his apology to the people of Malaysia following his statement in a documentary titled ‘Locked Up in Malaysia’s Lockdown’ produced by Al Jazeera.

According to C.R. Selva, the lawyer representing Md Rayhan, the apology was conveyed to him by Md Rayhan in their one-hour meeting session at the headquarters of the Immigration Department here, on Wednesday (July 29).
