Over 20 Ipoh hotels certified as SOP compliant

IPOH: More than 20 hotels and hostels in the city have received certification for adhering to the standard operating procedure (SOP).

Tourism Perak chief executive officer Nurmalis Musa said the certificate, which is awarded by the Perak government, is to give tourists confidence to stay at these hotels.
