Thorny issue: Police investigating alleged fight at Bangi durian stall

PETALING JAYA: The police are investigating an alleged fight at a durian stall in Bangi.

The incident, which had been making its rounds on social media on Saturday (June 20), allegedly occurred near the Al-Amin Surau in Bangi.

A durian stall was apparently damaged after it was hit with a car. The instigator also allegedly punched a man.

The man had allegedly brought a group along with him.

In a Facebook post on Sunday (June 21), Selangor police confirmed the incident, adding that a report has been made.

"The police are investigating and action will be taken based on the laws that are available.

"The public is advised to not speculate, which could lead to misunderstanding among the people. This, in turn, could affect investigations," it added.
