PETALING JAYA: Malaysia has recorded 11 new Covid-19 cases, taking the total number of infections in the country to 8,505.
At the same time, 333 patients (307 foreigners and 26 citizens) recovered, bringing the number who were discharged to 7,783 cases, to give a recovery rate of 90.9%. Of the 11 new cases, one was an imported case involving a Malaysian who returned from abroad, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
