KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed July 28 to deliver its decision in the SRC International Sdn Bhd case involving former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pic), who is facing seven charges relating to the misappropriation of RM42mil from the company's funds.
Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali set the date after the prosecution and the defence ended their submissions here on Friday (June 5).
