KUALA LUMPUR: Standard operating procedures (SOP) will be drawn up to allow open air market traders and hawkers to start operating and will be presented to the National Security Council (MKN), says Tan Sri Annuar Musa (pic).
The Federal Territories minister said following appeals by traders in the city, he had instructed Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and market traders' associations to come up with a list of SOPs that would allow them to reopen.
