KANGAR: Perlis will allow mosque officials and committee members to perform Friday prayers at mosques from May 15, but there must not be more than 12 people congregating in the place of worship.
Mosques must also adhere to strict standard operating procedures, and the congregation – including imam and khatib – must not exceed 12 people or fewer than three people with only mosque officials and committee members allowed to participate.
