CYBERJAYA: Kedah, Penang and Melaka have yet to apply for cloud seeding activities despite having low water levels in their dams, says the National Water Services Commission (SPAN).
Its director of communications and consumer affairs Mohd Fazil Ismail said this is possibly because water supply in these states is still sufficient.
