GEORGE TOWN: A DAP assemblyman’s former aide was found guilty by a Magistrate’s Court here of outraging the modesty of a college student two years ago.
L. Prem Anand, 52, who was also a former city councillor, was sentenced to three years in jail and fined RM7,000 after magistrate Jamaliah Abd Manap ruled that the defence had failed to raise reasonable doubt.
