IPOH: Preliminary investigations into the accident involving an overturned ambulance that caused two deaths near Slim River last month showed that it had ran over a nail.
Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye (pic) said it may have been among the factors causing the vehicle to burst a tyre, skid and overturn.
