Sabah CM, Philippines envoy discuss long-standing issues

KOTA KINABALU: Solutions to the problem of undocumented Filipinos in Sabah were among other long-standing issues discussed by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and Philippines envoy to Malaysia Charles Jose.

Both sides discussed ways to help undocumented Filipinos and their children with Filipino identities, the move to resume barter trade and security issues faced in Sabah’s east coast during a courtesy call by Jose here Thursday (Feb 21).
