PETALING JAYA: Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) has revealed that it first became aware that the data of its students and alumni was available for sale on the dark web last November.
The dark web is part of the Internet but is not indexed by search engines such as Google, thus allowing individuals to trade information anonymously.
