KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has set aside a Sessions Court’s decision to allow former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman to retrieve his passport to go for medical treatment in Singapore and the United Kingdom.
In his decision, Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan allowed the prosecution’s appeal against the Sessions Court’s Jan 7 decision.
