Former ambassador and G25 spokesperson Noor Farida is HRDF chairman

PETALING JAYA: The Human Resource Development Fund has appointed retired diplomat Datuk Noor Farida Mohd Ariffin (pic) as the chairman of its board of directors.

The appointment is made effective Jan 1.
