Use RM500 matching grant offer, PTPTN tells parents


KANGAR (Bernama): The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has urged parents with children aged between seven and 12 years to take advantage of the RM500 matching grant before the Dec 31 closing date.

PTPTN chairman Wan Saiful Wan Jan said fewer than 180,000 people had opened accounts to receive the grant offered through the 1Malaysia National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN), although it targeted 500,000 people.
