IPOH: Umno Youth exco member Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, better known as Papagomo, has been arrested for allegedly spreading racial hatred, says Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun.
The Inspector-General of Police said the blogger was detained on Thursday to help in probe over a Facebook video post.
