Relocation reprieve for temple may be short-lived

Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in USJ 25, Subang Jaya

PETALING JAYA: A reprieve on relocation for the Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple may be short-lived, if One City Development gets its way in court next week when it files to strike out the application for an injunction by devotees.

Temple committee chairman M. Ramachandran and 49 others on Nov 21 had sought an injunction to stop work against seven defendants, including former temple committee chairman K. Chellapa, One City Development Sdn Bhd and the Selangor government.
