Melaka exco unfazed by viral video – I'm a Hulk when constituents are bullied

MELAKA: Tuesday's episode of viral video is not going to stop Melaka Agriculture, Entrepreneur Development and Agro-based Committee Chairman Norhizam Hassan Baktee continuing his confrontational way of resolving issues.

"I am not a sissy and wouldn't kowtow to tactic used by my foes to paint a negative  picture that I'm a rowdy and loudmouth leader," said Norhizam, who was accused of being uncouth towards the villagers in Bukit Beruang after he was locked in an argument with some of them over a road dispute.
