KUALA LUMPUR: National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) loan defaulters are damaging their reputation and their community, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
While not making reference to any particular race, the Prime Minister noted that there are loan defaulters who refused to repay their loans, although they were able to do so.
