SEREMBAN: A 43-year-old owner of a company was sentenced to a year in jail after pleading guilty to three counts of cheating at the magistrate's court here on Tuesday (Sept 4).
Siti Norbahiyah Yahya, who runs Juta Kelulut Global Sdn Bhd, was charged with cheating Mohd Nazmi Nazer, 33, by issuing him cheques as payment and then cancelling them on three occasions.
