KUALA LUMPUR: A Chinese national has sought help from the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department after failing to get a refund on his deposit of RM65,826 paid to buy a house here.
The 38-year-old businessman, who only wants to be known as Jiang, said he had been trying to get his refund since April after the bank rejected his housing loan as the property in question did not yet have a strata title.
