BEIJING: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says he would handcuff Jho Low if the businessman showed up in front of him.
However, the Prime Minister said the whereabouts of Low was not a topic of discussion during his five-day visit to China, even though rumours suggested that the man at the heart of the 1MDB scandal was in the country.
