THE Vendor Development Programme (VDP) under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has now come of age with a host of success stories under its belt.
The programme was one of the flagship initiatives mooted back in 2014 under Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed, to groom bumiputra vendors.
