PETALING JAYA: Police are urging the biological mother of two children who were reported missing from a kindergarten in Section 16 here to come forward immediately.
Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat confirmed that the children were not kidnapped but were instead taken by their mother.
