Karpal’s daughter sees red over Dr M as PM-designate

PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Hara­pan’s decision to name Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as its prime minister-designate has drawn flak from Sangeet Kaur Deo, the daughter of the late DAP chairman Karpal Singh.

She said the fact that the Opposition had no one else to nominate as leader was an indication of its lack of a long-term political strategy.
