PETALING JAYA: The final approval for the development of the apartment blocks in Lembah Permai, Tanjung Bungah, came from the local authorities under the state government and not the Federal Government, according to the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry.
The Penang Island City Council (MBPP), however, says it followed guidelines by the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry.
