Liow: Malaysia not a failed state

SERI KEMBANGAN: Malaysia is far from being a failed or bankrupt state, said Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.  

The MCA president said Malaysia has made it to various world rankings, including the 23rd spot on the Global Competitiveness Index, and 23rd place in the World Bank’s ease of doing business listing.
