KANGAR: Some 400 people in Perlis took part in the KL 2017 Torch Run, an event held in the run-up to the 29th SEA Games and 9th Asean Para Games.
Sarawak Youth and Sports Assistant Minister Snowdan Lawan, who brought the torch from Sarawak, handed it over to Perlis executive councillor Nurulhisham Yaakob at Kuala Sungai Padang in Sanglang here.
