Lawyer denies committing criminal breach of trust


KUALA LUMPUR: A lawyer has been charged in a Sessions Court here with committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving a property transaction last year.

Yap Kok Sheng, 37, who was entrusted with handling the sale and purchase agreement of a house, was accused of committing the offence involving a sum of RM34,800 at his law firm here on Sept 28, last year. He claimed trial before judge Azman Ahmad yesterday.
