Advanced tech transfer to Malaysia


MALACCA: Two companies will transfer their most advanced technologies from China to Malaysia for the production of glass panels and construction of a power plant, says China’s ambassador to Malaysia Dr Huang Huikang.

Xinyi Solar (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been producing glass panels for the South-East Asian and Middle East markets since 2015, while Edra Global Energy Sdn Bhd will build a natural gas power plant at a cost of US$2bil this year, he added.
