PR1MA homes income eligibility raised to RM15,000

SUNGAI PETANI: The monthly income eligibility to purchase 1Malaysia People’s Housing Programme (PR1MA) houses has been increased from RM10,000 to RM15,000.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the moratorium period (when the property cannot be sold or transferred without approval from PR1MA) will be reduced from 10 years to five years.
