Mention in retrial of Najadi murder case set for Jan 17


KUALA LUMPUR: The retrial of a tow truck driver charged with murdering Arab-Malaysian Develop­ment Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi has been fixed for mention on Jan 17, according to High Court deputy registrar.

Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin and Hamdan Hamzah acted as the deputy public prosecutors while counsel Datuk Jagjit Singh Bant Singh, a former Sessions Court judge, acted for Koong Swee Kwan.
