Lat releases bio after 40 years of joy

PETALING JAYA: After over 40 years of enthralling the nation with drawings of Malaysian daily life and growing up as a kampung boy and later a town boy, national cartoonist Datuk Mohammad Nor Khalid, or fondly known as Lat, has released his first full autobiography.

In Lat: My Life and Cartoons, Lat takes readers into a wider world beyond what he has depicted in pictures by sharing stories of his early years moving around Peninsular Malaysia following his father who was an army clerk, his journey to becoming a cartoonist, and the fulfilment of his ambition to animate his work.
