High Courts strikes out Manoharan's lawsuit against Batu Caves temple chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has struck out a lawsuit filed by lawyer M. Manoharan to remove Tan Sri R. Nadraja as Sri Maha Mariamman Temple Dhevasthanam chairman, a post he has held for 25 years.

The Dhevasthanam comprises three main temples, including the Sri Subramaniar Swamy temple, or popularly known as the Batu Caves temple.
