KUALA LUMPUR: The angklung, a traditional musical instrument, is not just loved for the melodious and soothing sound it produces, but playing the instrument has a therapeutic and calming effect on special children too.

Danish Danial Nor Azwan, who is suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, said playing the angklung was enjoyable.
