KUALA LUMPUR: Themed “A Greater Nexus For A Safer Community”, the 36th edition of the Asean Chief of Police (Aseanapol) Conference next week, hosted by Malaysia, will combine close cooperation with commitment among the Aseanapol member countries to ensure regional security objectives.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim said about 300 delegates from 10 member countries, five dialogue partners and four observers were expected at the event, which will be held from July 25 to 29 at Hotel Marriott Putrajaya near here.
