Rock vocalist Ameng free after serving six years in jail

KLUANG: Ameng, the vocalist for rock group Spring, is now a free man after spending six years behind bars at the Kluang Prison here for drug possession and abuse.

The 48-year-old, whose real name is Wan Aminuddin Wan Ismail was hugged by his wife Sabariah Zakariah, 46, and their nine-year-old son as he stepped outside the prison gate.
