From ghost town to big business – tourism in Sabah bounces back from quake

KOTA KINABALU: Visitors expecting accommodations at Sabah’s highland holiday destination without prior bookings may well find themselves having to sleep under the stars.

The scores of hotels, homestays and holiday chalets in Kundasang and nearby Mesilau are running at full capacity on holidays and weekends, more so during the current school holidays.
