PUTRAJAYA: Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali was the sole recipient of Darjah Panglima Mangku Negara (PMN), which carries the title Tan Sri, in conjunction with the official birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.
